New version of LGMV Released
A new version of LGMV has been launched to enhance cross-platform support (iPhone) and ensure a consistent user experience and features across different platforms.
The existing LGMV lineup will be gradually integrated. Once all lineups are supported, the current LGMV version will cease service.
About LGMV
LGMV is specifically developed to monitor LG Electronics Air Conditioner products' status, aiding engineers in product diagnosis and refrigeration cycle interpretation.
Engineers can utilize this application to determine product operational status and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Please note that this application is intended solely for air conditioning service engineers and is not suitable for general users.
Key Functions
- Monitoring Viewer: Displays essential air conditioner information.
- Graph: Presents pressure and frequency data of the air conditioner in graphical form.
- Indoor Unit Operation Control: Regulates indoor unit operating mode when connected to the outdoor unit module.
- Save Data: Archives received air conditioner information as a file.
- Save Black Box and Test Report: Captures Black Box data and test operation outcomes from the product.
- Troubleshooting Guide: Exhibits error codes and offers resolution strategies from an error number list in PDF format.
